Soap Leaves

As a result of my germ phobia, I wash my hands occasionally throughout the day. I use hand sanitizer as well but it often leaves my hands sticky. My hands never really feel clean until they have been washed with soap and water. Sometimes, even when I can get to a sink, I can;t always find soap. That’s why I’m thankful to have Soap Leaves. They claim to be perfect for pocket, purse, office, or travel. To use you just remove one of the leaves from its packaging, place it in the palm of your hand, add warm water, lather, and wash. Considering that they feel like leaves on artificial flower arrangements with their velvety texture, these leaves produce a decent lather and are a perfect substitution to bar or liquid soap.

The package that I got contains 25 aloe soap leaves. The best part is that the price is only $3.50. My package was purchased around the holidays at Bowring—it was on sale for $2.99! I keep them in my purse for times when soap is not available. The only downside is that in order to use them you do need water. Therefore, in certain situations, a no-water-required hand sanitizer may be more practical.

My rating: 4/5
