Pastel Confetti Nail Art

 Julep Fifi and Yuki
Julep Fifi and Yuki 4

I created this fun nail look for spring using two of the polishes that came in the Julep Cupid’s Mystery Clutch. The pastel pink base is called Fifi and the heart confetti is called Yuki. I love how this look can be achieved without any special nail art tools. It was also very easy to create.

After painting on the base colour and letting it dry for a few minutes, I used the brush in the confetti polish to dab random bits of white and pink confetti onto the nail on my ring finger. Next, I used the brush to pick up a white confetti heart and place it in the centre of my nail. I finished the look with a layer of top coat. The look lasted a long time and I received many compliments on it. I think this nail design is very versatile—it’s office appropriate yet also a pretty look for a bride to wear on her
wedding day.

Bridal Nails: Flowers, Pearls, and Shimmer

Bridal Nails 1
Bridal Nails 2
In honour of wedding season, here is a bridal nail look. Although this nail art may seem difficult, it was very easy to create.
For the base, I used an iridescent polish from OPI called Pearl of Wisdom. Next, I stamped a floral design on the tips of my nails using a white polish and the m51 plate from Konad. To finish off the look, I added some half pearls that I found on eBay.

Wedding Nails: Flowers & Shimmery Stripes

In honour of wedding season, I have created this pretty nail look that features clusters of white flowers on a background of shimmery light pink and purple stripes.

This look began with a base of one of my favourite pale pink polishes, Zoya Marilyn. Next, I used a thin nail art brush to create greyish purple stripes with OPI’s Loyalty Islands Lilac.

To make this look a bit more intricate, I added floral cluster decals from Born Pretty Store. I selected a different cluster for each nail to give the design an effortless style. The decals come on a large sheet with twelve designs in creamy white shades with silver accents (flower nail stickers). They last just as long as the polish and are very easy to apply. They are also very affordable at approximately $5 (plus 10% off with the code Beauty4K31 and free worldwide shipping) for so many different designs. I’ve already used the bow decals for my modern Tiffany-Inspired Nail Look, and I plan to use the hearts for a future Valentine’s Day nail look.
